About The Role
We are looking for a skilled Social Media Marketing Officer to assist in building our brand image online. The main objective of this position is to drive forward the direction of our social media output, with engaging relevant content that connects with our followers and users. We are looking for someone who is able to draw on trends and new technologies to elevate our social medial channels, continuously finding new ideas that will bring our unique brand personality to life.
If you have direct and relevant experience in social media marketing, are skilled in design, and are proficient in using the necessary advertising software, then this position is for you.
Role Objectives & Responsibilities
Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.
Skills & Requirements
BSc degree in Marketing, Design or relevant field.
Proficient in the various marketing software, with previous experience with running paid social activities.
Proven work experience as a Social media manager. (preferably fashion related).
Basic editing and graphic design skills: creating logos, banners, short videos and other creative content.
Excellent copywriting skills.
Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
Knowledge of various online marketing channels.

Ability to multitask and work with tight deadlines.
Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different departments.

Be communicative, punctual, creative and thoughtful, open to new ideas, and a keen eye for aesthetics and details.
Excellent creative ability and understanding of how to effectively convey messages.
