Job Description:
Role: Storage and Backup Administrator
Location(City) – Montreal, QC (Onsite)
Duration – Long term
Roles and Responsibilities :
• Experience with New Host Integration with Storage arrays.
• Experience with Installation and configuration of Multi-path software on hosts for load balancing and fail over.
• Expertise in managing Fiber Channel SAN infrastructure including fabric architecture, switch directors and zoning.
• Experience in Implementation and management Dell, Oracle enterprise and mid-tier Storage subsystems.
• Experience in RAID Configurations and Disk management tools.
• Experience in remote replication and local replication concepts
• Experience in Configuring different Storage devices to help Clients to Backup their Data in the most efficient way ,
• that will help them to Restore the Mission Critical Data as and when required .
• Experience with Installations& Configurations of Backup master and media servers.
• Experience with Implementation of Backup in a Cluster Environment
• Experience with Implementation of Backup in a SAN environment .
• Experience with Configuration of different types of Robotic Library Configuring Storage Units , Volume Pools & Disk Staging .
• Experience with Installations& Configurations of Backup master and media servers.
