As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will work collaboratively with on-site Recruitment Business Partners to deliver key talent to our clients. Taking ownership of the sourcing you will set the strategy driven through a range of methods with a high focus on proactively approaching candidates and tapping into your broadening network whilst delivering value add insights to key stakeholders and hiring managers alike.
As a seasoned recruiter, your key focus will be to attract high quality candidates using bespoke, fit-for-purpose sourcing strategies. Other key success enablers include:
• Previous recruitment experience is essential
• Prior proactive/strategic sourcing experience across multiple sourcing platforms would be advantageous
• Confidence in working with senior internal and external stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent time management
Whether it’s from an agency, in-house or ideally from an RPO model – you’ll be able to leverage your knowledge and tap into the passive candidate market. In this fast-paced and varied role you’ll utilise your strong organisational skills to stay on-top of deadlines and use your communication skills to keep all your stakeholders informed along the way.
