- Base salary of USD30k/year
- Commissions that can go over USD70k/year

⭐ Responsibilities and more:
- Work on behalf of clients to secure talent suited to their needs.
- Processing incoming requests for talent / artists.
- Procure opportunities, negotiate terms and confirm commercial engagements in a range of different areas (personal appearances, social media activity, brand ambassador roles and more) to the satisfaction of both clients and talent.
- Maintain excellent relationships with talent and clients.
- Troubleshoot and deal with any issues that may arise before, during and/or after the engagement/activity.
- Record and track all leads.
- Liaise with Marketing department to promote talent availability and latest news.
- Demonstrate the core values of the company on a day-to-day basis in all activities.
