Technical Project Manager
Job Description & Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end project management
• Scope project requirements
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Prepare/develop all needed reports to the program/portfolio manager.
Manage project risks and issues and work with portfolio manager on needed escalations.
Supervise delivery activities across teams and mange collaboration with internal teams to design, develop and implement assigned projects
Manage Customer SDLC Processes with the support of his team including all management tools in the environment.
Supervise Testing activities including SIT/UAT.
Supervise Network connectivity with internal teams/external parties including SIT/UAT/Production.
Obtain needed sign-off (SIT/UAT, PIV)
Lead deployment activities.
Education Computer Science/Engineering Degree
Experience >8 Years (Experience in similar role)
PM Methodology(s) Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, XP, Lean
PM Framework(s) PMP, ITIL, PRINCE2, Six Sigma
Technical Background Worked in Integrated environments and has a strong technical background
Familiarity with Tools Familiar with PM tracking tools (e.g., Remedy, JIRA, MS Project)
Soft Skills Excellent communication Skills,
Adapting to changes,
Strong Negotiation skills,
Prioritization and goal setting,
Language Fluent in English is a must;
