What you will do: Always be up-to-date with the cutting-edge technology; Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices; Provide omni-channel support (via phone, email, chat, social media); Communicate with developers and other departments of various IT-companies; Become a product expert and constantly grow. Requirements: Fluent English; Experience in Technical/Customer Support; Strong troubleshooting skills; Technical background related to networking (VPN/firewall/Amazon/Azure services, network as a service, cloud networking); Basic understanding of cybersecurity, working experience with ISP; Customer oriented and responsible attitude. Will be a great plus: Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM system; Experience with engineers; Experience in the cloud field (S3 Amazon certification, Linux); Experience with API and database tools; Technical background.
