Handling Inbound or Outbound calls of customers and clients. Identify the needs of the customers, resolve queries, and provide solutions. Maintain good customer relations.
Desired Candidate Must Have :
Candidate should be UG/Graduate.
Fresher and Experience both can apply.
Excellent Communication & Listening Skills in English and Hindi.

Six Days working
Rotational Week Offs
Male candidates : 24 X 7 Rotational Shifts
Female candidates : Any Shift from 7AM to 8PM
Salary : 15K, 17K, 18K, 19K Month & Incentives
