Fx Mics, a leading Financial Services company, is currently seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our experts. This is a part-time position and the applicant must possess relevant experience in administrative tasks. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Job Functions:
Providing customer service and support in the financial services field
Assisting with accounting tasks, including invoicing, record keeping, and financial reporting
Performing administrative duties such as document management, email correspondence, and scheduling appointments
Supporting sales and marketing efforts by promoting company services and products
Requirements:
To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
Must pass a background check
Associates Degree or higher in a related field
Prior customer service experience
Willingness to obtain a life insurance license and/or securities license
Sales and marketing experience is helpful
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients in the financial services industry
Assist with accounting tasks, such as maintaining financial records and preparing financial reports
Perform administrative duties, including document management, email correspondence, and scheduling
Promote company services and products through sales and marketing efforts
Skills and Qualifications:

Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office suite
