The Role at High Level:
What you'll be doing:
-Collaborate with the Communications and Brand team to craft effective brand-aligned messaging for our website, advertising campaigns, landing pages, email campaigns, and other demand gen initiatives to engage and convert.
-Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to produce a compelling brand story around Wagepoint’s products and offers that resonate with our ideal customer profile, meeting them wherever they are in their customer journey and guiding them further down the marketing and sales funnel
-Write email and event copy that aligns with Wagepoint’s brand voice.
Oversee development of lead-nurturing follow-ups and drip campaigns in Hubspot to drive product and Partner signups
What you bring to the table:
-2+ years of experience in communications experience
-You’re a true collaborator with high-emotional EQ: you’re not afraid to have fun and seek to form positive relationships with fellow team members, stakeholders and vendors alike
-You see KPI’s in terms of demand gen, as in you understand the importance of providing a rich lead nurturing and follow-up experience with the goal of driving sign-ups
-You’re a stickler for the small details who triple-checks their work (broken links and errant punctuation, watch out!), while still able to see the bigger picture
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills: you’re just as comfortable writing long-form content as you are writing scripts for audio ads
-You’re open to feedback, are patient when collaborating with differing work styles, and are able to face unexpected situations with agility and grace
-You’re a problem-solver with the ability to make sound judgements, think on your feet and find creative solutions
-Process-oriented and incredibly organized with strong project management skills
-Self-motivated and confident when it comes to researching, implementing and experimenting with marketing strategies and best practices to ensure campaigns are optimized to convert.
-Experience in Hubspot would be an asset.
