About The Position SysAid is a service automation company delivering software for organizations that want to get more done. Our SaaS ITSM (IT Service Management) and Asset Management solutions serve more than 4,000 customers across the globe. We do the heavy lifting for IT and anyone delivering services in the digital workspace, by leveraging automation, analytics and AI. As we continue our expedited growth and ambitious roadmap, we are looking for an experienced full-stack web developer to help manage and develop our main inbound asset – the SysAid website in addition to the help of running marketing campaigns. What will you be doing: 𐀟 Developing the CMS web-site front-end and back-end based on open-source CMS platforms (WordPress). 𐀟 Maintaining the CMS and website architecture. 𐀟 Managing the web-site hosting (external 3rd party or dedicated Linux),database (MySQL) and additional layers where applicable. 𐀟 Managing the website administration and content management. 𐀟 Managing the CMS/web-site code base versioning and new versions upload. 𐀟 Managing the website back-end including database and server/hosting integration. 𐀟 Building custom WordPress themes, templates, modules and extensions from scratch. 𐀟 Integrating with 3rd party web-apps and extensions and integrating with 3rd party API’s (web-chats, pop-ups, etc.). 𐀟 Creating campaigns and automations in Marketo. 𐀟 Integrating with external company systems & platforms (CRMs – Salesforce and others). 𐀟 Implementing Google Analytics and other tracking tools (pixels). 𐀟 Monitoring and troubleshooting the performance of the live website. 𐀟 Managing the CMS backup and rollback/restore and recovery scenarios 𐀟 Helping various departments in the company with website functions and design. Requirements 𐀟 At least 3 years experience as a WordPress Developer. WP emerge – advantage (Sage can also work). 𐀟 Mastering in laravel’s blade templating. 𐀟 Familiar with Gutenberg Blocks for sections which are β€œpowered by ACF”. 𐀟 Familiar with npm, composer & yarn. 𐀟 Proficient knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery. ES6 – advantage. 𐀟 SCSS for generating CSS. 𐀟 Familiar with deployhq.com. 𐀟 At least 3 years experience working with PHP. 𐀟 At least 3 years experience working with MySQL. 𐀟 Experience with building mobile responsive websites – Bootstrap. 𐀟 Experience working with debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug. 𐀟 Knowledge of code versioning – Git. 𐀟 Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics. 𐀟 Ability to project manage and solve complex problems. 𐀟 Team player with good communication skills. 𐀟 Experience in developing and delivering CMS projects for clients – advantage. 𐀟 Experience working with marketing automation tools and CRMs (Marketo/SalesForce) – an advantage. 𐀟 Experience with Single Page Applications – Angular/React.js – advantage.

This role will work primarily within our Marketing automation platform (Marketo) and support our Marketing Team. You will ultimately be responsible for troubleshooting all Marketo-related cases and ensuring our system is running as smoothly as possible. Responsibilities 𐀟 Partner with the marketing managers at campaign conceptualization to map the full campaign life-cycle and technical requirements. Including milestones, timing, success criteria, reporting requirements, channels, and segmentation. 𐀟 Operate and manage all marketing campaigns using Marketo from start to finish, including build, monitor, and optimize marketing automation workflows, loading HTML, landing pages, and segmentation to ensure accurate campaign deployment, building segments, and scheduling for deployment. 𐀟 Maintain Marketing Automation integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software. 𐀟 Support essential marketing operations initiatives in Marketo and Salesforce such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing. 𐀟 Examining existing Marketo processes and recommending updates or new Marketo functionality to make them more scalable and seamless. 𐀟 Daily Marketo maintenance to ensure the system is functioning as expected. 𐀟 Stay informed of the latest marketing communication channels and marketing automation trends and best practices Requirements 𐀟 3 years of experience working in a digital marketing/marketing automation role or similar. 𐀟 Proven Marketo experience – not only building campaigns but also optimizing, troubleshooting, etc. Marketo Certified Expert a plus. 𐀟 Functional knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem, content marketing, and social media, as it relates to marketing automation. 𐀟 Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – specifically building emails and landing pages that are responsive. 𐀟 Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-growing and technologically advanced company.

Job Description The Sr. Adobe Audience Manager (AAM) Solutions Consultant position is a client-facing role requiring both technical and business/marketing knowledge and skills. Key Responsibilities and Duties: β€’ Provide AAM implementation support if required, and perform quality checks to ensure that the implementation work has been completed successfully, and diagnose and solve technical issues when they arise. β€’ Ensures the implementation aligns with the overall business objectives and maps to use cases uncovered during discovery. β€’ Partners with customers to understand their business objectives and technical and data requirements. β€’ Work with clients to strategize and drive their audience creation and activation effort and extract business value from Adobe Audience Manager platform. β€’ Evaluate customer's existing data collection and segmentation strategy to identify new opportunities for new audiences and develop test & learn use cases that align with the overall digital vision. β€’ Develop digital strategies for segmentation and taxonomy that leverage the application of data, research and marketing best practices. β€’ Provide technical and business consulting to aid the adoption Audience Manager within client organizations, with a strong focus on business outcomes. β€’ Deliver best practices and business & technical consulting where needed as it applies to the setup and on-going execution of AAM. β€’ Ability to successfully operate and hone AAM platform to support use cases. β€’ Manage customer expectations appropriately and keep projects on schedule and within scope. β€’ Provide AAM operational training to client resources as necessary.
