Are you the DevOps we are looking for?
→ Assist in the architecture, design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Bank’s CI/CD automation framework
→ Automate framework for infrastructure provisioning (IaC, Server provisioning, application installs, etc)
→ Own deployment problems and provide active coordination between various groups in resolving a specific issue
→ Provide assistance to DEV and QA groups to include participating in meetings, building out environments, troubleshooting deployment/configuration related problems
→ Work closely within Engineering and Security teams to create automated SAST, SCM, and deployment functions to increase developers’ productivity and increase deployment consistency
→ Keep current with practices for improving software release management and operational monitoring
→ Assist with scripting of Desired Configuration Management (DCM) automation for deployment and enforcement
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related fields Or comparable experience in, Computer Information Systems, and/or Engineering with the appropriate emphasis in Cloud and CI/CD automation required
Strong 3’° party vendor management and engagement skills
2+ years of experience in strategy, design, implementation, and support of IaaS and PaaS environments, specifically those leveraging AWS storage, compute, and network technologies
1+ years architecting and deploying multi-tiered applications
1+ years in configuration management using Ansible or an equivalent
2+ years with source code management tools such as GitHub, GitLab, or equivalent
2+ years with cloud orchestration tools like Cloud Formation or Terraform (with an emphasis on creating modular design architectures)
3+ years of scripting skills in Python, Ruby, PowerShell, etc.
2+ years with infrastructure monitoring toolsets (New Relic, Datadog, or equivalent)
1+ years with monitoring toolsets and logging solutions (CloudTrail, Splunk, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Bamboo, Octopus or equivalent
Experience with Containerization, e.g., Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with Release Management and Change Control workflow automation
Experience with AMI Build toolings such as HashiCorp Packer, or equivalent
Experience with Artifact Repositories such as Artifactory, Nexus, or equivalent
AWS Certified - Solutions Architect Associate is a plus
Ability to build relationships between product and SRE team customers and DevOps Engineering team members
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated and able to set own goals and manage towards them
Strong written and oral communication skills
