Headhunting candidates by preparing and posting job ads on various websites, propagating the job ads on social media and among colleagues, as well as,
Make sure the candidates have high growth potential, are entrepreneurial, self-driven, ambitious, curious and willing to learn, execution-oriented, proactive and fit the client culture.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs for each role and the qualifications needed for success.
Measure your results, have targets of your recruitment pipeline and hires.
Achieve monthly hiring goals and recruit top talent.
Networking in industry, sector and specialism and become an expert in market or region.
Candidate engagement - identify and attract potential candidates
Interview candidates to understand their requirements and gain valuable market information
Provide advice on market conditions, CV and interview techniques and manage expectations
Work as an integral member of a team, motivating one another and communicating effectively.
Improve processes for recruitment and find new ways to do your work every day and share these with the rest of the recruitment team
What you’ll need to be:
Representative of XML's global, smart, and ambitious culture.
Skilled in IT or Non-IT Sales Role in any of the EU, UK, APAC, etc.
Social, entrepreneurial, outgoing, confident and energetic.
Self-starter, go-getter and overachiever, yet humble, friendly and professional.
Organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible and able to adapt to new roles
