Executive Assistant | Office Manager (Virtual)
A rapidly growing healthcare company is seeking an experienced Virtual Assistant Specialist.
We are looking for a self-starter that is very motivated and aggressive, self-disciplined and results driven.
Virtual Office Management: work with CEO to manage virtual company day-to-day programs
HR Administration: help with HR functions of the company
Recruiting: coordinate job posting on Web sites, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
Reporting: assimilate various weekly / monthly reports
Special projects: manage company special initiatives and projects
Appointment Setting: manage customer appointments for the managers
Research: conduct research and assimilate reports on various industry topics
A minimum of 3 years of professional and related field experience.
Proven track record in meeting performance objectives.
Strong oral, written and telephone communication skills.
Proficiency in using a variety of computer software applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word software.
Shows/practices a commitment to ethical conduct.
Works well under pressure and does not waiver in working as a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks under tight deadlines.
Availability to work a flexible schedule
