Responsibilities: -Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques and business strategies -Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques -Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets -Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes -Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy Qualifications: -Having 3-5 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models -Education background : Bachelor degree, but preferable from Master degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field. PhD level is an advantage. GPA must be >3.00 -Average High School National Examination Score/nilai rata-rata Ujian Nasional must be (average) >8.00 -Young and energetic person -Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development -Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SLQ, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets -Experience working with and creating data architectures -Deep knowledge to handle big data -Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks -Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage, etc.) and experience with applications -A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques -Adaptable with dynamic work environment -Understand gaming trends is a plus

Your Responsibilities: * You will define the self service data platform product vision and mission, aligned to the business goals and growth. * You will continuously explore data platform adaptation use cases and prioritize them. * Through driving the adaptation you will learn about new features and requirements, refine and prioritize them according to their business case, strategic business objectives and dependencies. * You will measure and evaluate the success of the data platform, the daily product performance and make sure your product is healthy and meets its service level objectives short and long term. * You will manage a multitude of internal customers and stakeholders, ranging from engineers to product managers as well as their leadership. * You will generate new platform ideas with your team and give guidance on where we need to get to with our data platform.
