What’s the opportunity? This role is focused on organic and community-based customer acquisition. A core focus of this role is to create or organize the creation of content that will promote the discovery of UENI in channels and forums where our target customers are. This will include, but is not limited to: * Creation of video content to be promoted on our social media channels, notably a redesigned Youtube channel focused on small businesses. You may record these on your own or organize others to do this within an approved strategy/ budget. * Creation of landing page content and tools that serve as ‘lead magnets' to attract targeted customers * Community building and social media management to communicate with groups of relevant target audiences * Identification of affiliates and influencers to promote the UENI product on a commission basis. * Collaboration with and support of ongoing SEO efforts, namely through keyword collaboration, identifying copywriters and organizing the distribution of our content through other channels (eg guest bloggers, PR). This role is part of the marketing team, which is a highly collaborative group. The candidate will work closely with our other growth marketers that are managing the acquisition, nurture and upsell funnels; our SEO manager; a full-stack developer who will be responsible for generating customer acquisition tools; as well as our Product, Data, Customer Success and management teams. Who are we looking for? You will fit in well with our team if you are creative, results-oriented, and able to deliver commercial impact to the business. You must have working experience with SaaS products, preferably scaling B2B. You love marketing, and you are always testing with a pragmatic mindset to focus on things that have the greatest impact, not marginal gains. You are full of ideas, and you are able to execute those ideas. You can show us concrete examples of how you have acquired customers via organic and community-based digital marketing strategies. Small business experience is a big plus. This role invites someone who is hands-on and fully autonomous in executing marketing campaigns as we keep a lot of work in-house. We look for self-starters with a can-do attitude who proactively hunt for new opportunities. It is important that you have startup/ growth company experience and that you are comfortable with evolving business requirements and identifying issues quickly. Great communicators keen on making small businesses great should apply. Requirements * 3+ years of experience using organic and community-based digital marketing strategies to acquire customers, preferably for a B2B SaaS product * Demonstrated creativity and impact as a marketer: you can show us campaigns you have run and the customer acquisitions resulting from it using channels other than paid media (eg PPC and paid social) * Community activation, influencer and affiliate marketing: you are comfortable launching campaigns using such channels * Content creation: you have created successful video content to promote other products or brands Who are we?
