TAIGER is looking for a Field Marketing Lead to join our award winning team. FIELD MARKETING MANAGER We are building a team passionate about cutting-edge AI technology and the potential of TAIGER. RESPONSIBILITIES ● Plan, strategize and execute demand generation activities including events, webinars, panels, content and email marketing. ● End to end event management; timeline management, project management, materials development, logistics administration, event feedback surveys, post event reporting. ● Work with both internal stakeholders and external partners to plan and execute localised field marketing campaigns in TAIGER's key regions - Singapore, Spain, Russia and UAE ● Set scalable processes and systems so marketing can continue to expand within the regions. ● Source, evaluate and negotiate event participations and sponsorships ● Work with internal Hubspot specialists to maximise marketing automation for lead generation and nurturing. REQUIREMENTS ● Bachelor’s in business, marketing or equivalent experience. ● 6+ years of experience in field marketing especially in event production and marketing automation. Experience in Hubspot and LinkedIn would be preferred. ● Experienced in doing field marketing in early stage software company - Marketing experience in UAE, CIS, EU field is preferred. ● Work cross functionally across product, engineering, sales and solutions to deliver aligned and best in class field marketing campaigns. ● Ability to communicate well at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels. ● Excellent knowledge of key social media tools, best practices and KPI. ● Experienced in buyer persona research and implemented audience targeting on various channels including events and digital media. ● Event Management experience. ● Project management experience. ● Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment. As a Growth Marketing Specialist you'll be part of a high-performing, distributed marketing team, responsible for developing paid-media campaigns, as well as their ongoing analysis and optimization. Paid campaigns are key to Superside's growth, so you'll play an important role in the organization. The marketing team has proven its ability to drive rapid growth from $1M-$20M ARR, and you'll be part of our ongoing growth journey from $20M to $100M ARR and beyond. Reporting to the Performance Marketing Manager, your success in this role will be measured by your team’s ability to develop accounts and create opportunities that drive revenue at growing volumes. What You'll Do ● Paid Media Campaign Management: Manage day-to-day performance across several media channels including Facebook, Google Ads, Linkedin, Reddit, and other channels you identify, with a focus on direct response. ● Data Analysis: Analyze paid campaigns' performance; report on results to your colleagues; rapidly iterate on findings; identify key opportunities for growth and cost reduction, and potential blockers to good performance. ● Persona & Segmentation: Work closely with the demand generation team to identify and personalize ads to accounts and prospects based on well-defined target criteria and behaviour scores. ● Ad creation: research and understand the industry and buyer personas; be able to guide the creation of compelling and original ads on an ongoing basis, with the support of a world-class creative team. You've spent more than $40k/month for performance marketing activities. Superside is looking for an ambitious Demand Generation Specialist with 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS context, to help Superside grow even faster by optimizing our marketing funnel, and turning potential leads into long-term customers. You will support a key function on a marketing team that has proven its ability to drive rapid growth from $1M-$10M ARR, and be part of our ongoing growth journey from $10M to $100M ARR and beyond. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, your success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive engagement, top of funnel leads, and bottom of funnel opportunities through email marketing, running targeted campaigns, and optimizing our entire buyer journey. What You'll Do ● The three pillars of your role are: -- leading our email marketing program to nurture leads and customers, -- owning our marketing automation platform (Hubspot) by running lead generating and nurturing campaigns, -- supporting our top of funnel and ABM sales teams with dedicated campaigns, landing pages, and more. ● Take our email marketing program to new heights by managing everything from email copy, to design, to segmentation, drawing on teams across the company to support (e.g. brand and content team). ● Own key parts of our website and landing pages and work with other team members to improve clarity and ultimately conversion ● Own the strategy for our acquisition oriented email marketing campaigns and a large portion of the execution ● Collaborate with content marketing and performance marketing teams to help execute campaigns against target segments and accounts ● Run experiments and try new programs like referral campaigns, gifting, and lunch & learns. ● Report to the Director of Demand Generation and work closely with Performance Marketing, Creative, Content Marketing, and our Sales team to drive new account engagement.
