Nikharv Consultancy is a talent search company and we are looking for a Recruiting Consultant to support our clients in India,Europe , USA,Middle East,Gulf,UK and Africa The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of our clients in order to best understand their open roles, and present the best candidates to them. This will be done by developing an appropriate search strategy, through networking and online platforms, and deliver quality candidates within a reasonable turn around time. ** Note : we have positions open for Senior Recruiting Consultants as well, for people with experience. Responsibilities Source, identify, qualify and represent top performing sales and technical professionals for our clients. Source candidates, conduct first round screens, schedule subsequent interviews till closure. Build and manage a database of candidates Manage candidate relationship from application through to offer acceptance Work very closely to ensure quality of profiles submitted, understanding of the role, backed with market research, and careful monitoring to ensure that roles are removed effectively and we achieve maximum conversions Excel at relationship building in order to grow your candidate base through referrals. Result driven environment (quality approach versus number of submissions) Responsible to source candidates within the job market for positions in Technology and Delivery IT professionals. Qualifications Previous recruiting experience is a must, including sourcing the best candidates from portals and LinkedIn and other sites. You’re able to efficiently schedule meetings with busy people and keep track of hundreds of candidates. You understand and genuinely like technology and non tech recruiting, and are eager to learn more, explore on your own and contribute your knowledge in helping the team members learn from you. Remember you need not be a techie, but just be interested in knowing the trends.

Responsibilities • Manage initial contact and discussion with candidates to communicate information on SMS and open job positions • Source, qualify and coordinate interviews for a constant workload of 20-40 fully-funded, contingent and pipeline requisitions. • Work closely with hiring managers to determine and understand job duties and requirements • Ensure all job requisitions are entered properly in the Applicant Tracking System (JazzHR) and assist in setting the priority of each requisitions. • Match and apply applicants to open job requisitions • Source for proposals and key personnel requisitions • Evaluate employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, and other data pertinent to qualify candidates. • Ensure constant flow of qualified candidates using web-based tools, social media and various recruiting job boards. • Collect interview feedback and enter all details in ATS • Review applicants that apply directly through the SMS website or through our employee referral process to qualify them with all open job requisitions. • Create portfolio of all candidates in ATS (completed application, clearance, certifications, availability, EEO data, resume, desired salary, disposition codes, etc.) • Communicate to candidates regarding the company's hiring decision. • Negotiate salary according to the approved billing rate. • Compose offer letters using approved offer letter template and ensure all contingencies and requirements for candidates are included in the offer Qualifications • Qualifications: • Minimum 6+ years technical recruiting experience, preferably digital space • Excellent time management and organization skills • Proficient with PC's, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet, AI Sourcing Tools, and other related software. • Excellent organizational and analytical skills • Ability to perform complex functions, establish priorities and resolve issues independently • Positive attitude with meticulous attention to details • Self-motivated individual who loves to learn and take on new responsibilities • Friendly, outgoing and personable
