I have several DIRECT HIRE HEALTHCARE RECRUITER roles with 2 of my customers. POSITION 1 : RECRUITER - Position will be mainly remote, but candidates must be willing to come on site as needed for meetings and events. Recruiter opportunities at: Phoenixville, Pottstown, and West Reading – Pennsylvania. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Recruiter will source, interview, and qualify entry to professional level staff. • The recruiter will partner with hiring managers to identify recruiting needs, candidate qualifications and sourcing strategies as well as to effectively screen and identify top talent. • Recruiter may also lead and/or support short and long-term projects related to Talent Acquisition. • The Recruiter reports to the Manager of Talent Acquisition. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- POSITION 2 : HEALTHCARE TALENT SOURCER – Direct Healthcare Talent Sourcing Experience MANDATORY. Work location: remote until safe to return to a San Francisco office for this role. Schedule of reporting to office quarterly when requested. • The Talent Sourcing Partner is responsible for researching, developing and delivering qualified, diverse candidates for hard to fill positions, as well as supporting market intelligence to help inform search strategies. • The Sourcing Consultant must have the ability to communicate effectively with potential candidates and the internal Human Resources / Talent Acquisition team. • This individual will work within the talent team as well as with the hiring managers to accomplish hiring goals. • He/she may work with hiring managers at the time of search kick off to help set search expectations. • The Sourcing Consultant will prioritize a focus on sourcing diverse talent and will create talent pipelines of active and passive candidates in critical skill areas. This Account Executive will focus primarily on selling scrub machines - secure, advanced machines that provide authorized medical staff with clean scrubs in the right size. Prospective clients include Healthcare Laundries, Acute Care Hospitals and Outpatient facilities. This is a Remote position. Candidates can live anywhere in the USA, preferably near a major airport. Travel requirement is 50%. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for leading the expansion of client's solutions in the healthcare market as well as continued expansion among existing clients Offers expertise to clients and prospects in regards to RFID in textiles, RFID tracking of garments such as scrubs and lab coats, and the benefits of scrub dispensing machines Sales lead generation and qualification, follow through, cold call initiation. This includes travel to healthcare/medical clients and prospects across the country, as well as frequent remote meetings and demonstrations Devise and implement the strategy for meeting sales performance targets Develop business plan(s) to target prospects, including determining prospects business requirements and how company’s products/solutions meet/exceed these requirements Ability to penetrate solution providers and textile providers and develop business rational to integrate and promote solutions to their customers. Analyzing customer needs and developing innovative solutions REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience related to RFID in textiles, preferably experience selling automated scrub dispensing and/or medical textile distribution machines Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university Account management experience and associated customer project management skills to assist prospects and clients during their product development cycle thru general product release Clear understanding of the product development stages and being proactive in propelling the projects to completion Comprehensive understanding of customer applications and requirements in a multitude of markets and applications Excellent presentation, communication and negotiating skills Understanding of sales performance metrics and the sales cycles Ability to build relationships at many different levels of companies Excellent team player, problem solver with a high level of self-motivation and initiative Able to meet deadlines on a consistent basis. Ability to work independently (and with limited supervision) while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and departments at all levels within the organization A professional image and high level of integrity Strong influencing, collaboration and relationship-building skills both internally and externally with suppliers Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Adobe, PowerPoint, and Outlook required. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus. Able and willing to travel (up to 50%) meeting and supporting customers and potential customers as required, both domestically and internationally. The Care & Connect Program Support Officer contributes to the calling of Medical Teams International by providing program support for the Care & Connect Program Manager and team, as well as support for the US Programs Emergency Response when requested. Areas of involvement include administrative support, support to the Human Resources Team with volunteers, partnership building, finance support, safety & security support, data management, proposal support, policy compliance support, and emergency response/surge capacity support for field clinics and activities. This position requires up to 30% travel per year on short notice.
