I am a person who has professional work experience and from that experience, I have learned that communication and teamwork, aimed at establishing a healthy working environment, are the best tools for the success of an entity. I believe that I am a person who can help to establish such a work environment because I am an empathic person and this leads me to communicate strongly with my co-workers in order to find a logical and rational solution to problems that may arise. I have experience in the field of customer service and in particular with international clients, which means that over the years I have built up a cultural awareness that enables me to identify the nuances and euphemisms of each language I am currently a university student, so I can keep in touch with language, methodology and academic research. In addition, throughout my academic career, I was faced with the objective of carrying out and organising events such as the United Nations Simulation 2021 and 2022. As you can see from my summary, I have led, been led and been a mediator and I believe that this sets me apart from other candidates, i.e. the fact that I have occupied various positions that allows me to have the knowledge of what is the best posture to adopt in the face of the role that is assigned to us and how we can all contribute to better group and team cohesion.
