• Discuss request, systems and appication error by email using Outlook as platform • Person in Charge of Construction Space systems, assist user in Site Office including more than 100 Subcontractors system problems • As an Aconex Site Administrator for JO organization account and handle more than 1000 users (Create and disable account, setting, Backup all document in Oracle Aconex by transferring all documents from Oracle Aconex to Server, approximately 2000+ documents/ rules, and assist any Aconex problems) week • Create group team and meeting arrangements in Microsoft Teams as per user request (Domestic and International Meetings), create attendance lists and MOM • Discuss the module and procedures of that will be use in Site Area with HSSE Pertamina RU-V and Management and create it as a guidelines for user • Training user on how to using new devices or systems and help with any issue users face • Responsible for rental management and devices stock status • Create MCMS Report using data from Piping Integrated Control Systems • Create modules for the database systems • Create Request of Purchase and Request of Approval
