Reporting to the Country's Chief Risk Officer, the main accountabilities of the role include: • Development, building, and deploying scalable and effective reporting data models from the ground up using Power BI, Excel, Microsoft SQL, and SharePoint, which provides relevant insights into the product, sales, and business KPIs. This saves time spent in understanding raw data points. • Management of Power BI assets, including reports, dashboards, workspaces, and the underlying datasets that are used in the reports. • Developing interactive dashboards for monthly reporting for other departments using Excel Tables, PivotTables, and Quick Excel Functions. • Generating data extraction, summarization, and ad-hoc query requests as required by the business-reporting requirement using Microsoft SQL. • Explores underlying data tables to quickly find anomalies and work cross-functionally toward accurate data. • Provides continuous maintenance and fixing of bugs for existing Excel and Power BI reports. • Perform troubleshooting and resolve reporting issues. • Posting of repayments of loans on customer credit accounts.
