Hi there, I am Lina a Colombian Psychologist; I have knowledge in Human Resources, with over 3 years of experience carrying out the selection, adaptation, and retirement processes for personnel (induction, training for new personnel, home visits, performance evaluations, and feedback of those, retirement interviews to outgoing worker); designing and implementing actions to improve the organizational climate and culture, provide psychological support, plan and carry out wellness and development activities. So this experience provides me with skills such as organization, working under pressure, and attention to detail also I get different organizational duties and responsibilities not just in the HR field.
