I am a recent graduate holding Advanced National Diploma in Information Communication Technology in Applications Development issued to me on 01 May 2021. I have been a Help desk customer support technician intern since last year 14 June 2021 till date, focusing on first-line base assistance to students and staff, assigning calls, following up with incident numbers, setting up new laptops, and configuring printers and troubleshooting hardware and software problems. I have helped with student administration ,Data Analysis, annual reports, and weekly reports, I have good customer support, and good communication skills written and verbal; good sense of representation.
