I’m a product designer. I focus my work on improving people's well-being by making use of participatory design and system thinking to create and implement actionable project plans that attend to the needs and generate an impact in communities. I use design thinking, user research tools, and methodology to gather insights, create concepts, and translate them into innovative and feasible solutions like design principles, blueprints, customer journeys, or prototypes to help organizations empower users and create value for the stakeholders.
