I have already lived in 5 different countries always aiming to study and know new perspectives of life. Every experience that I had abroad has allowed me to improve my multilingualism and increase my curiosity towards other cultures. I am constantly motivated by my thirst for knowledge and my willingness to take on new challenges.
Presently, I work with Sony Europe as a Junior Sales Support Specialist. I handle one of our key accounts Amazon. My goal is to ensure that the orders are managed efficiently, highlighting bottlenecks in the sales process and look for continuous process improvements. I handle the goods allocation, the negotiations of priorities for urgent requests, I assure backup of the daily tasks and general enquiries. Moreover I have experience with administrative services in the area of order processing, master data, reporting and logistics. This in turn helps enhance my employer’s brand and drive sales and growth within the team and company. As sales support specialist, I have the opportunity to improve my SAP skills and also develop main competencies, such as analytical skills, communication, service focus and teamwork. The activities performed on my everyday routine demands precise, focused and reliable work, with efficiency in time management and respect for all SLA's. Additionally I’m responsible for the training of new joiners who will be assigned to work with Amazon as a customer.
During the weekends you can find me working on my passion – as a DJ at clubs, events and music festivals in Brazil and Europe.
