All my employment life I have been involved in proof reading and editing in one way or another. I started my career as an English teacher where I was involved in assessing and correcting students written work. When I joined the Daily Mirror as a Sub Editor I was involved in proofreading and editing copy which strengthened my proofreading ability and have an eye for detail. I became a Senior Research Officer where I was involved in collecting , processing, analysing and evaluating and disseminating information.
