Dear Sir/Madam, I Hope you are doing well. I am applying for the position of Program Manager. I would love to work in this prestigious academy that believes in learning and strives every day to seek problems, ask and live with tough questions. I have completed my BBA degree. I am a hardworking, adaptable and enthusiastic person, with a zeal to work in a different environment where I can cultivate and utilize skills. I worked in Jazz telecom as a commercial experience executive where I dealt with customers and solved their problems regarding network and mobile issues, at jazz sales and target achievement was an important part. I worked in Taj Corporation as an intern where I learned HR programs and policies to improve the hiring and selection process, trained their restaurant workers, and applied their principles to employee relations, compensation process, benefits, safety, performance and staffing levels. I also worked at IFFCO Pakistan as an intern where I took surveys from every employee of IFFCO and identified opportunities and successfully completed a report by contributing to the organization.
