My name is Menna Elmasry, I am a Trilingual speaker with more than 11 years of experience in multinational companies. I have been working at Dell EMC since March 2018 as Senior Client Services Manager I used to support the Global Renewals Sales business unit and since April as a Project Manager where I used to manage multiple projects for English, Italian and French customers.
I finished my studies in the faculty of languages (Al-Alsun) where I studied the Italian language, in addition to my fluency in French as it was my first language during my school years.
Right After my graduation, I started my career at IBM as CSR supporting Sales/technical queries for IBM Italy and Switzerland.
In 2012, I moved to Oracle as a resource manager supporting Italy and France, I worked there for more than 5 years and got promoted twice the first time as Global RM and the second time as Senior order assurance manager where I was responsible for all cloud orders for NALA and EMEA customers.
