I've worked as a customer service representative for over 3 years, taking inbound calls and helping customers with their concern about the service. on my recent job, we're doing outbound calls to offer our medical transport service using their insurance. we're the one who's setting up/booking the appointment as well, our clients with this are mostly elderly and we should be detail oriented since some has critical condition. sometime we have to talk to their insurance provider also if there is any problem.
