I also use e-commerce and internet technology to track goods in real-time. I am skilled in arranging urgent and high-value freight air transportation and managing risk from beginning to end. Furthermore, I act as a broker in customs negotiations worldwide to efficiently guide freight through complex procedures, and I arrange courier and specialist hand-carry services. Strong negotiating and management skills are essential to succeed in this field. I am also adept in networking and customer relationship management skills and strategic problem-solving skills, which help me provide exceptional service to our clients. I use warehouse management systems, trucking, shipping, and receiving services to ensure inventory accuracy, manage daily operations, and maintain customer satisfaction. My communication skills are top-notch, and I pay close attention to detail while using Microsoft Excel and other tools to keep track of supply chain management and logistics management services. Overall, as a freight forwarder, I am responsible for performing various operations, including transportation management, import/export, inventory management, and supervisory skills. I ensure efficient daily operations, maintain customer satisfaction, and adhere to business policies, resulting in successful outcomes for our clients.
