Working as a Trade Finance Executive on a consultancy level. My duties are: • To introduce and promote the banks products to potential customers. • Arranging acceptable terms, and closing transactions between confirmed customers and the Bank; specifically Trade finance instruments, (issuing letters of credit, factoring, export credit and insurance, SBLC). • To open lines of communication for the Bank to promote business expansion especially in Zambia. This includes arranging meetings with potential stakeholders. • To promote the Bank by expanding its scope this includes opening new accounts for Customers and providing customer retention. • Marketing the Bank and branding it.
