I am a Renal Dietitian with 13 years experience in acute care and hemodialysis. I graduated with my Masters degree from Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. This Masters of Arts in Family and Consumer Sciences with Nutrition focus also included my Dietetic Internship. My undergraduate degree in Dietetics & Nutrition was completed at Florida International University in Miami, FL. My strengths are a strong desire for knowledge and understanding of nutrition and wellness. I love science and also love people. I am a problem-solver by nature with a curious and creative spirit. I love live music and growing plants in my free time. I also love educating children, including my own!
