COVER LETTER My name is Ntuhuko(Lawrence) and I am writing to you to apply for the role of Customer service agent as an international applicant at company. As someone with a lot of experience in customer service, I believe that I am the perfect candidate for the role. I have experince in customer service since 2019 and have worked in various campaigns including sales. For past 5 months, I have been working as a Customer support agent at Pangea holdings for Meridian grooming and have excelled in that role. I have maintained high functionality while performing customer support , account reconciliation, processing shipping fees and refunds. I have been commended for my abilities to problem solve as well as working independently and also as part of the wider team to deliver customer support requirements on time and to a high standard. I am flexible and reliable to work any timezone because I will be available working from home full time, I understand this job is based in Greece but I just want to challenge myself bring something different to the table with my experience. I believe in responding to requests from clients and colleagues in a timely fashion and I am adept in prioritizing projects amongst a multi-project workload.
