Working for more than thirteen years in the Dominican Republic Government in charge of collecting taxes. I climbed in positions allowing me to develop skills in IT Help Desk, and Sofware Testing. Working on different types of projects to meet emerging needs, creating new applications and making improvements to existing ones I have gained experience in various processes and technical environments.
