Ladies and Gentlemen,
My name is Paolo FINISTRELLA, I am 32 years old and I was born in Rome where I currently reside.
In addition to what is indicated in the attached Curriculum Vitae about my Education, Work Experience, Skills, Activities and Interests, I will try to describe, in a synthetic way, some salient traits of my personality and my relationship with others, both in study and work.
I think I am a dynamic, determined, reliable, pragmatic person, open to change and eager to explore new avenues.
My numerous trips both in Italy and abroad (Europe - USA) and in particular my stay in Germany for about five years, as well as my studies, my passion for mountains, sport and music, have allowed me to broaden my horizons significantly and to increase my already natural predisposition to consider things in life from different perspectives.
I approach my studies and work with passion, motivation and strong personal initiative.
My work experience to date has enabled me to develop good interpersonal and organisational skills, negotiation, time management and teamwork skills.
I am aware of my limits, but also of what I can do really well. Both in my studies and in my work activities, I always look for the right quality: in all the occasions in which I have found myself coordinating the activities of several people (for example: in a study group or in the organisation of events) I have always demanded, from myself and from others: honesty, precision and punctuality.
I always try to show my appreciation towards the people I work with and I am always driven by a spirit of cooperation and a great sense of belonging to the group. Whenever possible, I always try to share my ideas/projects with the group I study/work with. I am always willing to listen to others and give my contribution/support. I think and act without preconceptions or prejudices.
Even in the most difficult and stressful situations, I always manage to maintain my ability to listen; this ability has enabled me to mediate even the most intransigent positions that arise in conflict situations.
