Leasing Coordinator

Answer incoming phone calls in a pleasant and professional manner, forward calls if necessary to the appropriate voice mail, and/or take detailed messages. Provide a positive first impression to all guests that visit or call the management office. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Assisting overflow calls from other departments. Working as a team player with managers and staff to accomplish the goals and objectives of the leasing department. Maintain database of document file storage and ensure accuracy of information. Process applications and send according to emails to accepted/declined tenants. Responding to emails referring comments/notes for each tenant deal. Preparing offer to lease, lease agreement, key release forms, utility forms, etc. Calling prospective tenants and assisting regarding the leasing process. Filling out properly all the information processed through phone calls or emails on CRM system.
