We've received the task to create a brand new mobile application for the largest delivery service in Ukraine. Application should help customers track their packages, and will help the business to create a more solid brand and sell more services through the app. In product development, we've used such common instruments like Google Analytics. But also we were able to create additional successful user flows. With the help of push notifications, we're informing users about service promotions and ibeacons helped us made offline user experience in Nova Poshta's branches better. As a result, after a new mobile application was published we were able to raise customer satisfaction rate and application rating to 4.6, the active audience increased to 1.7 million users per week. And the overall number of application downloads reached 4 million.
I've started this project as a remote project manager. In my responsibilities at the project start were entire scope analysis and project estimation, creation of project development plan.
During the development process, I've was responsible for the regular meeting, development process analysis, risk management. interaction with the client-side for issues solving. Most of the time I was responsible for a team of 8+ employees.
After the first release, I was also responsible for userbase analysis, end-user support and coordination with the QA team to support and develop the app.
