Management of region Field operations team responsible for maintenance, statistical analysis of network KPIs, worst cell handling, RF KPI issues, Quality (HW) issues. Preventive and corrective maintenance of all the network elements. To ensure SLA compliance agreed with customer Monitoring and support of special projects under implementation phase till the PAC/FAC sign. Projects: Telenor Project (Voice & Non-Voice channels) Web-link: telenor.com.pk Tools: ERP Platforms e.g. Oracle SaaS Details: Expansion (Telenor) Project Worked as Senior CSR for Expansion of sites. Responsibility Includes Coordination with teams for the addition of cells, capacity, and recommission of sites in an outage. Ensuring smooth KPIs after expansion. Weekly activities planning / executing with the expansion targets.
