User Flow - When buying an experience. Version 2. We had to modify it after the sitemap modification.
Card sorting - Thanks to this test we ended up updating the site map.
5 Interviews Results - Patterns found on the Interviews.
Users truly cared about feeling safe, finding the best prices and meeting people, even without and App to do so. The concept seems promising.
Prioritization or elements to work on -
Things that impact our app, how they do, and why we should work on them .
We came to realize the payment methods, sense of security and navigation interface were the most relevant to work on.
Scenario map - User journey before our App.
We realized how important trust and security are for users. They want help in different areas to better plan their trips (How much money they could need, how to organize the activities, etc).
First Sketches of the App-
Designing the interface, however the MVP doesn't include the social network of the site.
Sketch for the "Trip planning"-
3 features that differentiate us from other similar site are related to helping users with the planning: Scheduele, budget and tips for the trip.
Site Map Version 3- After a Card sorting test, we realized the first draft of the Site Map wasn't clear for all users. We ended up fusing "Experiences " "Saved experiences" and "My trips".
Stakeholder map (Contact with them by Users when buying/finding experiences) - This helped us realize how we could be sponsored by restaurants, bars, clubs and/or bussines owners in exchange for adds.
Definition of the project - Who is the user, What do we offer, Wow factor we provide. Defined the statement for the project, Making it different by creating a site that fuses meeting people with traveling and buying experiences while doing so.
What we know vs . what We assume
Research Plan - Only the main goals and objectives. Pre-eliminary methodology. Project to develop a website and app for people that are trying to buy experiences while traveling.
