Preparing of architectural Building Information Modeling (BIM) Working on any/all phases of development mainly for Pre-Design activities. Providing support and assistance in the preparation of interior design deliverables, preparing schedule of finishes, schematic and detailed design drawings including masonry plans, room layouts, floor plans, ceiling layouts. Preparing presentation documents and materials, mood boards, scaled sketches, interior perspectives, and 3D color rendering. Attending coordination meetings and design workshops when required. Advising the design team on technical issues influencing the design, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies. Preparing 3D Models and 3D analysis, diagrams that essential in the preparation of pre-concept, design manuals, and presentations. Calculating Architectural quantities (quantity surveying) involved in the Tender and compile the Tender BOQ with a description.
