* Experience in Engineering Design Services in Rolling stock and Automotive(9yrs).
* Engineering support for Roof & Under frame equipment’s, Pneumatic tubing and components, Piping integration, brakes lines, Suspension system, Understanding of P&ID.
* Hands on experience in Product Design, Reverse Engineering, Top Down & Bottom up assembly design.
* Proficient in Design activities using tools such as CATIA V5, VPM/3DCOM, AutoCAD and Data management tools PDM, Ln and SAP.
* Knowledge on Pneumatic and Hydraulic circuits.
* Experience in Engineering Design Services of General Arrangement drawings for ASU columns -Static equipment (pressure vessel) (8yrs).
* Making of 3D Assembly drawings as per customer specifications, resolving NCRs and ECR
* Performing design calculations through PV elite as per the ASME code.
* Internal pipe routing concept and design for the columns as per the ASME code.
Work as Lead/Sr.design engieer/Pneumatic engineer. in Rail Transport/Aerospace/pressure vessels
