I have almost 4 years being a cooking instructor in Dominican Republic, I have more than 10 years experience being line cook, sous-chef and consultant for menu making and bussiness creation and upgrading on diverse latin, spanish and Italian restaurants and hotels all over the world (Dominican Republic, USA, Spain and UK), with some experience on bartending.
I have a Grade on Bussiness Management and a MBA on Hotels and Restaurants management.
My main focus has always been on taking F&B bussiness through the best direction depending on the enviroment and times in which it is being developed, at the same time, guiding the workers and co-workers in the same direction the bussiness is taking.
