Raising of Purchase Orders for equipment and machinery in FMIS Verifying and processing of accountable advance and subsistence vouchers Receipting trust fund, school fees, boarding allowances & preparation of Lodgement. Maintained the petty cash imprest and replenished in accordance with financial regulations, policies and procedures. Reconciliation of payment vouchers and updating of the commitment ledger Internal auditing & preparation of journal vouchers to offset the funds in allocations Verification of vehicle running sheets, updating vehicle logbook and preparation of quarterly vehicle returns and submitting to Ministry of Economy. Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts & statements. Interpret information, complex letters, comprehensive reports & calculations.
