I have more than 3 years' experience as a customer support service officer. I work at an international call center as a sales officer from 12 April 2020 to 30 May 2020 at Call Center Lahore. After that, I joined Abacus BPO Company as a call support agent for the Cream project. My tenure with the Abacus is from 1st April 2020 to 30 June 2021. After that, I joined Mindbridge BPO Lahore as email customer support for the Uber eats project. I have been serving for 6 months. After that, I moved to the Uber Driver project as a TC and, after 3 months, I was promoted as TL. Now I currently work as team leader for the Uber Driver project. I am looking for a remote base job. Also I have done my Mphill in mathematics from University of management and technology Lahore Pakistan.
