Day one after Graduation, I started hunting for a job that will help me take my first steps in my career path, Although I studied History, but I choose to work in the customer service field after taking my share of some t4eaching classes and working as an English instructor for 2 years, I then spent 4 years in the call center year and I have literally learned a lot, which boosted my communication skills and prepare me to get to where I am right now, I started as an agent, then a floorwalker, a Quality coach, A trainer than a Team Manager up to an Operations supervisor as I am now.
All this is just a start and live is a journey that has so many milestones up to different distenations
