I started working in the telecom industry 19 years ago.
I have knowledge and experience about 2G/3G/4G integration and TRM. I have been defining 3G and 4G integration alarm solutions and RNC/OSS/ (ENM) MME for 12 years. In the project I was on before, I spent overtime in one day and integrated 22 fields. Site EQ, OAM script, RNC-OSS-MSC data entry etc. of the areas I mentioned. I made the preparations first, followed and entered. If there is a sudden work from the customer, I immediately adapt to a fast organization in order to do the requested work on the RAN side in a timely and complete manner.
I am open to innovations, it is my way of life to learn, strive, and persist until the problem is solved.
