Experience as a Contract Manager to provide contract administration support on projects or accounts. ▪ Experience in overall process of a Project from opportunity phase to close out process. ▪ Experienced in reviewing and drafting contractual documents (i.e., Statement of work, Change Requests, Arrangement Letters, Subcontracts, Non-disclosure agreements) ▪ Experienced in Reviewing MSA’s. ▪ Experienced in the contract life cycle, legal and compliance principles. ▪ Experienced in the resource composition and creating new change request on time for covering the change. ▪ Experienced in calculating and coordinating the monthly overviews with regard actual hours, the actual vs forecast settlement and Volume discount settlement. ▪ Experienced in assisting with identifying and applying relevant policies and procedures applicable to an account. ▪ Experienced in Client Data Protection that includes opportunity, mobilization, and delivery. ▪ Experienced in Project Roll on and Roll Off. ▪ Experienced on working with Delivery and stake holders on various controls. ▪ Experienced and trained on Information Security Advocate Program. ▪ Worked with delivery and finance leads to assist with identification and application of appropriate contract levers affecting revenue, cost, and profit. ▪ Experienced in the process to identify and solve commercial and contract risks and issues. ▪ Experienced with reporting and documenting commercial and contract risks and issues in compliance with the project related processes and account delivery requirements. ▪ Have been part of resolving account related escalations. ▪ Experienced in ensuring compliance with project related processes and project/account delivery requirements. ▪ Worked in supporting pre-award sales activities including supporting the development responses to client RFP’s.
