What is a contract?
A contract is an agreement between two parties creating a legal obligation for both of them to perform specific acts. Each party is legally bound to perform the specified duties such as rendering a payment or delivering goods.
What are the requirements for a valid contract?
In order to be recognised as a valid and binding contract, the agreement must satisfy the following requirements: 1. consensus; 2. capacity; 3. formalities/form/structure; 4. legality/statute or common law; 5. possibility; 6. certainty.

What's included in a revision?
A revision would normally include a right/obligation/performance not previously discussed. Alternatively, the parties renegotiated certain clauses/terms of the agreement.
How often do we communicate with the client during a project?
Our communication can be as often as a daily communique. This is because we want to ensure our client knows our progress, and we want to remain available and responsive while negotiations take place between our client and their customer/client.
