I am an HR generalist who has been helping a start-up company in Jakarta building the business from zero, and one of the major tasks I have done is creating a Company Regulation that match with their Vision, Mission, Values, and Governmental Regulations.
The Company's Regulation will consists of basic Rights and Obligations of each party (The Employer and The Employee). It may include, but not limited to:

2. Shifts and Working Hours/Days
3. Overtime
4. Exemption from Working Obligations
5. Remuneration
6. Social Security and Labor Welfare
7. Official Travel
8. Employee Training and Development
9. Discipline
10. Termination of Employment
The process may take up to 1 month, depend on the request.
