A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is an agreement in contract law that certain information will remain confidential. As such, an NDA binds a person who has signed it and prevents them from discussing any information included in the contract with any non-authorized party.
My previous Fiverr profile was a five star profile that consistently sold mutual non-disclosure agreements.
The Nondisclosure Agreement I provide in this project is a MUTUAL Nondisclosure Agreement. Meaning, both parties are prevented from discussing information. Additionally, there is a notary page at the end of the agreement.
